DR. NIR TSUK

NYU’s leading educator in social entrepreneurship, social impact, and entrepreneurial leadership.

Dr. Nir Tsuk is an expert in social capital, entrepreneurship, and innovation culture, with over 25 years of international experience. A Global Distinguished Scholar at NYU, Nir founded the Institute for Impact and Intrapreneurship in 2018 to bridge innovation between New York and Tel Aviv, making entrepreneurial thinking accessible to underserved communities.

Previously, he served as Head of Growth at Idealist.org and as Global Fellowship Director at Ashoka, connecting thousands of social entrepreneurs across 72 countries. He also brought Ashoka’s presence to Israel. Nir holds a PhD in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University, where he studied social networks and intentional communities.

Served as a Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship at The University of Osaka in 2017 and 2018.
